Did you mount the device? On the screenshot you attached it isn't mounted. Also, does this player use the MTP mode by default or is the selection automatic between MTP and MSC mode? In that case you need to set it to the desired mode manually.? yes, I mounted the device. it does show up as a MSC. there is no mode selection as far as i know. basti@basti-laptop:~$ mtp-detect libmtp version: 1.0.6 Listing raw device(s) No raw devices found. If it is in MSC mode it doesn't use libmtp, as this is the basic USB protocol. Has something changed about this since May? Current available Amarok version in Kubuntu is 2.4.1 and we are about to release 2.4.2 in a few days. Closing for lack of feedback. Feel free to reopen this report if you can still reproduce this with Amarok 2.4.3 or later. |
