Sorry, the first line should say i386 instead of i286. Adding someone who understands this better :) CC'ing Kris from the PC-BSD team. aslan7, I'm sorry to hear your story. However, this seems to be a problem downstream, with PC-BSD itself, as Kports and PC-BSD are not maintained by us (the KDE folks). Let's see if Kris has anything to add here, otherwise I'm closing this bug as DOWNSTREAM in a few days. OK, I'm closing the report, as the problems you describe seem to be PC-BSD-specific, so we cannot do anything about them.
