Can you maybe double-check that you have actually installed any dictionaries? Also, did you install the MSVC or MinGW packages? Sry, I am just starting with KDE, I did not find where is the dictionary option. I installed MinGW packages. Instructions for installing Kile on Windows can be found here: http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/kile/index.php?title=KileOnWindows Actually, for best results (with Kile), it is recommended to install the MSVC packages. If I remember correctly, there were some issue with spell checking regarding the MinGW packages. Can you please update to the latest KDE for Windows release and check whether the problem still occurs? Thanks.
