I am not sure what kind of hierarchical order are we talking about ? If it is like in knowit (as bug 114894 indicates it), braindump has it, the whiteboards docker allows to create a hierachy of whiteboards. However, basket shows some kind of text hierarchy in the "note" area: http://basket.kde.org/screenshots/basket-note-pads.png If this bug report is about that, then it is more about mindmapping. (On a side note, braindump does not intend to be a text notes taking application, we already have two excellent KDE applications for that job, ie KNotes and KJots). Thank you for the bug report.
