Updating system configuration dialog doesn't close when making file assiciation.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to System Settings and try to change the file associations.

Actual Results:  
The dialog with "updating system configuration" which doesn't close until one presses Cancel. The file association are not changed.

Expected Results:  
The dialog should close after reasonable amount of time.

Yep, the problem is how to reproduce it.

You are right. After system restart the bug disappeared.
