Still a problem? Looks like a user setup problem. I have had the exact same issue for a long time though I upgraded my distro twice, so it must be as Kevin says a user setup problem. But I can't fix it anyway... The problem seems to be with pdf files only : the file association doesn't seem to remain. I'm using Kubuntu 15.10 (and before that 14.04 and I had already the same problem). Note : The pdf file association is correctly set in KDE preferences (Okular launches normally when a pdf file is opened from anywhere else, dolphin, firefox etc.) Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this version of Kmail has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Please try using the latest version of Kmail to see if your issue persists. If it does, please submit a new bug in "kmail2". Thank you! |
