glen, did you try to do "sudo ksysguard"  or something?

You should be able to just run ksysguard as your normal user, but still kill root processes.

This should only occur if you run KSysGuard under root, which is a bad idea -> closing. If this still happens even with a normal user account, please reopen this report.
