[Comment from a bug triager] This could be a bug in libattica: bug 234221. Regards Application: choqok (1.0) KDE Platform Version: 4.6.00 (4.6.0) Qt Version: 4.7.0 Operating System: Linux 2.6.35-25-generic i686 Distribution: Ubuntu 10.10 This happens while starting Choqok. The program starts, downloads the messages and after a few seconds, it crashes. I have the plugin that shows previews of media set to enabled. Could this be a problem with loading a preview? Since I upgraded to v. 1.0, I have had crashes every day. These crashes did not happen in the previous version. The package was installed from ferramroberto ppa. The crash can be reproduced every time. -- Backtrace: Application: Choqok (choqok), signal: Segmentation fault [Current thread is 1 (Thread 0xb77e09e0 (LWP 2612))] Thread 2 (Thread 0xb1eaab70 (LWP 2630)): #0 0x0045b7d4 in __pthread_mutex_unlock_usercnt (mutex=0x9b795fc, decr=<value optimized out>) at pthread_mutex_unlock.c:52 #1 0x01ac8428 in ?? But Choqok still crashed. Next time, I turned off the extension that preview videos and now Choqok does not crash. I would recommend that everyone try it. Created attachment 56755 [details]
