Dragging an icon in a folder view results in a selection rectangle appearing. The icon does not move

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Enable 'double-click to open files and folder' either in dolphin settings or system settings
- Try to drag an icon in a folder view.

Actual Results:  
Icon does not move

Expected Results:  
Icon is dragged

I can reproduce this. desktop is unusable with double-click setting. 

plasma should allow more than 100 vote-points :)

I can also reproduce this.  I usually use the single click method and thus had to turn on double click to see it.
