Version:           2.0.89 (using KDE 4.5.85) 
OS:                Linux

Configure so many accounts that you need to scroll in the box with the accounts (for me that means at least 4). Then scroll down and click on Retrieval Options. The popup is not directly below the button, but way down.

Looks like the space that is "scrolled out" is not substracted in the calculation of the popup position.

Using KMail 2.0.97 (from kdepim 4.6.0 compiled from sources) / kde 4.6.3 / Qt: 4.7.0 I can not reproduce this bug, the popup is directly below the Retrevial button, even if the list is scrolled down.

Yep, I fixed that 3 weeks ago, but was not aware of this bug.
