Hi, for a new user amarok starts up without a toolbar, i.e. both slim toolbar and main toolbar are disabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new user 
2. login
3. start amarok

Actual Results:  
no toolbar shown

Expected Results:  
a toolbar should be shown

Confirmed fix works, patch will be in openSUSE 11.4
