In a regression from KDE 4.5, the Fuzzy Clock applet shows a large blank space below the text of the time in KDE 4.6.

It seems that the root of this issue is that my Task Manager (Smooth Tasks) was disabled for 4.6, and having no take-up-all-the-room-it-can plasmoid creates this issue.

However, the plasmoid should not take up this extra space in any case, task manager or none.
