Reproduced always. Steps:
1. Opening of the Dolphin and go on the mounted USB external device (the device icon on the toolbar Dolphin should be duplicated)
2. Close window Dolphin
3. ...
4. CRASH!!!!

This is bug 258855.

The crash is most likely bug 257944.
