Translation memory may contain more info that it does at the present time, in order to allow for an improved maintenance and sharing with other translators:
•	Id of the user that created the TM,
•	Id of the user who edited an entry in the TM,
•	Date of edition of entries (at the present time it is creation only),,
•	Indiction of the source or translated segment,
•	Information about thematic aread,
•	Information about the client and translation project,
•	Information about translation phase of the translation unit,
and maybe others

what do you mean by 'Indiction of the source or translated segment'?

That means that each tuv in a transl unit should say it it was the
source text or the translated text.

SVN commit 1219279 by shaforo:

*forward-port crash on project open fix
*take into account encoding of hunspell dictionary
*add change_date and change_author (the latter is for psql only atm) fields into TM DB
*enclose single segment insert code into one transaction
