[Comment from a bug triager] I can't reproduce the crash you mentioned with KDS SC 4.5.3. - Can you confirm that you are using KDE SC 4.2.2 ? If that is correct, please consider upgrading to KDE SC 4.4.x at least (because 4.2.2 is really old by now) Thanks Most probably this problem has been fixed for KDE 4.3.4 or KDE 4.4.0, so please update to a more recent version than KDE 4.2.2. Open pdf document using okular 2. Press cltrl+f 3. search for word. (Ex apple ) 4. Remove the letter by letter in "find bar" (Ex . appl ,app, ap ..) Actual Results: Sometimes okular crashes Expected Results: Okular should find the word mentioned in find bar
