I lost my folders.
I get looped endlessly about the lack of notification directory. Unable to complete the boot application

Steps to Reproduce:
Start KMail
make df == 0
using KMail

Actual Results:  
destroy my data

Expected Results:  
Info about no free space on disk

The local folders problem is still there...
