The descriptions used in systemsettings -> style -> fine tuning -> graphical effects
is by no means clear: they are trivial not only for newcomers.
I propose to adopt the following descriptions:
HIGH
MEDIUM
LOW
It will be in the hands of thevelopers to choos which is the appropriate values for each of the 3 levels.
