Did not know that you cannot even disable Trash. It should be a more intuitive option, such as having a checkbox saying “Disable storage of deleted files in Trash” or “Delete files directly” or “Disable Trash” so, not having to set the size to zero. And then having the “Move to trashcan” entry in context menus replaced by “Delete file” and the appropriate warning. I second an explizit 'disable trash' setting, because one not always uses a context menu. <Del> is possible as well there, but w/o <Shift> the 'deleted' files are moved to trash. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 191324 *** |
