Setting global shortcut for klipper, like ctrl-alt-v to bring up window does not work, while other global shortcuts are fine (kopete, krunner, plasma and kwin tested)

Reproducible: Always




OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-ARCH

Confirmed for 4.5.1 (slackware-current packages). My best guess is that somehow the global shortcuts got borked while porting to the new systray protocol.
