Description Janet 2010-10-09 19:54:02 UTC
Version: 1.0 (using KDE 4.5.1)
OS: Linux

In the systemsettings plasma theme details section "Widget Background" in German is translated with "Fensterelement-Hintergrund". I had to switch the language to Englisch to understand what that shall be. Usually "Widget" is translated as "Miniprogramm" - not "Fensterelement". A "Fensterelement" is either part of an application window on screen or a whole window with frame and everything that you have in your house...

Reproducible: Sometimes

Expected Results:
For the sake of consistency and understandability one translation should be used for "Widget": "Miniprogramm"

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-7.slh.1-aptosid-686
Compiler: cc

SVN commit 1184455 by jobermayr:

"Widget" is "Miniprogramm" in German.

Thanks for the hint.
