Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.5.1) 
OS:                Linux

Download Starts but theme is not installed in usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes
May be a permission issue.

If I run kdesudo kcmshell4 kdm and enter my password I can install themes.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Installing login manager themes in kde 4.4.5 worked/
