Description Bjoern Ricks 2010-09-08 16:04:50 UTC
The buttons and some labels are displayed with a to small height. Therefore it's not possible to read their text and choose a conflict resolution.

Conflict Dialog
Comment 2 Felix Wolfsteller 2010-09-20 14:15:39 UTC
I have never seen a conflict dialog like in the attached screenshot.

I had seen other conflict dialogs (with color indications), which also might confuse and scare most users, but its content was generally readable.

Have you encountered dialogs like depicted in the attachment lately?
Comment 3 Bjoern Ricks 2010-09-20 14:19:43 UTC
No I haven't. Should be fixed now.
Comment 4 Bernhard E. Reiter 2010-10-12 12:44:09 UTC
I had a number of conflict dialogs today with

Package: kdepim-mobile
Version: 4:4.5~20101008.1183810-1maemo1.1182955
Package: libqt4-experimental-gui
Version: 4.7.0~git20100908-0maemo1

they were still unreadable.
(With a lot of luck you can press a button, but also you cannot select
a preference for the sync process.)
Comment 5 Bernhard E. Reiter 2010-10-12 12:45:25 UTC
BTw: Conflicts should be easy to detect:
Use two clients on one folder, switch off automatic sync with both (e.g. disconnect them from the network) change the object, e.g. an appointment.
Then sync both again. The second client to sync must get a conflict message.
Comment 6 Volker Krause 2010-10-21 08:43:22 UTC
This has been fixed in revision 1185027.
Comment 7 Ludwig Reiter 2011-02-18 10:22:41 UTC
tested with windows CE Kontact Touch 2011-02-11

Test:
triggered a conflict (changed a task both with a desktop and the mobile client)

conflict dialog is okay here.
So verified.
