Hi Thomas, the error message you're getting is most likely generated by a proxy server between your digikam and Facebook. When the proxy server encounters a connection timeout it has no way to hand this timeout through to the client (digikam), so it generates this error message. We could in theory check after downloading images, whether the received file is indeed an image. Thomas, This file still valid using kipi-plugins 2.4 ?
