The attached patch against http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kate/syntax/data/rpmspec.xml?revision=1158792&view=markup changes rpmspec.xml, so that alerts (like TODO, FIXME...) are no longer hardcoded, but instead taken from alert.xml, which is more flexible and supports more alerts (such as WARNING).
