It would be very usefull to get folder operations on folders tree not avaiable nowadays. That's to say, when a user click over a folder in left side will be very interesting if user could do operations laike create, delete, rename or move folders.

This is NOT a duplicate of that bug. The folder tree is showed (as requested is bug 157518) and in this bug (better whislist) we reclaim a new funcionallity on that tree!!!.
