kded4 --check

The crash can be reproduced every time.

The message is clear, though:
kded(22862): Session bus not found

It's not finding the D-BUS session bus, which is logical, if you don't have one running. Why are you running a KDE application as root, rather than as the logged in user?

I don't see a valid use case here, closing.
