Same problem here with Windows XP SP3 and Amarok. Did full uninstall, removed all config information and reinstalled. Still doesn't work. I didn't see a difference between MSVC or MinGW. Confirmed by second reporter. Created attachment 52331 [details]

There is no error message. klauncher, kded4 and dbus-daemon keep running. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Start Amarok. Actual Results: Amarok crashes immediately. Expected Results: Amarok starts.
