Desktop themes installed via the get hot new stuff mechanism.

Then they were uninstalled.

Expected behavior: they disappear from the themes list.

What happens: the themes persist in the list ... however they are not listed as installed in the get hot new stuff dialog

Using KDE 4.5 RC from Kubuntu beta ppa.

I can confirm this behaviour in KDE SC 4.5.95 (4.6 RC2).
