icons always arrange (ir top to bottom, bottom to top, left to right or right to left) on desktop, I can not put them in a random position or align to a position in a grid

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
place icons on some desired positions, login logout or do file operation on desktop: 

Actual Results:  
icons align again

Expected Results:  
icons stay in the place I put them

- Can you re-test this with an updated build ?
Here using KDE SC 4.6beta2, the icons remain in their (randomly assigned) positions even after creating or deleting files externally or after a login/logout.
