If a user moved a file on a removable device to the Trash, then on disconnect Dolphin should ask if the user wants to empty the relevant files from the Trash.

Note that Gnome's Nautilus has this feature.

Moving to KIO since more than just Dolphin can eject removable media. It should work no matter which app ejects it, which means that it should probably take place in KIO itself.
