Description Bernhard Beschow 2010-06-29 10:57:04 UTC
Version: SVN (using Devel)
OS: Linux

In current SVN, the magic lamp effect looks broken if the taskbar is not at the bottom: The windows get strangely ripped apart instead of (dis-)appearing according to the magic lamp effect.

This behavior is new in KDE 4.5 and wasn't present in 4.4. Also, the problem doesn't appear for task bars placed at the bottom.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Place the panel containing a task bar anywhere else than the bottom.

Actual Results:
Windows get ripped apart.

Expected Results:
Magic lamp effect.

Task bar settings:
Show only from current desktop (on)
Show only from current screen (on)
Show only minimized (off)
