When playing a flash video is playing full screen and I change volume with the volume keys of my latop, the full screen mode of the flash video is closed, then the OSD is displayed. I assume that part of the problem is a flash problem and there may be no KDE solution for this. But if any change is possible, I would suggest that KDE should not show OSD if flash is full screen to avoid this.
