*** Bug 21537 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 67200 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Two more things related to clock applet: 1) Ship it with just local timezone! Every time I install kde on a newbie's house I need to go through that sparse list and disable every enabled item, otherwise they bug me "Why is this clock showing London time?! I'm in Brazil!". It's a great feature, but used by few and should be off by default. If you want to promote this feature, put it in tutorials, kandalf tips or ask for review people to clarify this feature. But not on by default. 2) In the calendar window (the one that appears when you click the clock) put a button to toggle the display of events of today (or the selected day), in order. If possible this should not bloat the current UI, maybe put it at the right side of week number. Also if possible, do some cool effect with it, like drop down! :) Very good idea! I genralized it to lcik a day and execute a command see bug #127543 |
