Description Ivan Razuvaev 2010-06-23 22:09:17 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: Linux

Graphic bug. The stones randomly disappears from the board. Sometimes only half or quarter of stone disappears. After 1 or 2 moves they get back to board making the game crazy. Especially crazy on big board with many stones on it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just start the game and make first move.

I use nvidia proprietary driver with latest kernel. Video card is GF8600GT. Aurorae theme engine is enabled. I tried to run the game with default oxygen theme, both with effects on and effects off, but got the same result every time. I have no issues with other games from the KDE compilation.
Comment 1 Dennis Schridde 2010-08-03 22:18:22 UTC
GF7900GS, nvidia proprietary, same problem: The board is not redrawn correctly.
Comment 2 Dennis Schridde 2010-08-03 22:19:57 UTC
P.S: Another possibly related glitch: The transparent stone is flickering when being moved.

Bug 242634 could be a duplicate.

I mean bug 241115. The bugtracker confused me with the window titles...
Comment 4 Ivan Razuvaev 2010-08-03 22:24:37 UTC
Updating to the latest KDE version brings no changes.
Bug 241115 may be related to the same problem. Differs just in details.
