Lancelot, digital clock, google translator, kickoff and many other plasmoids do not close their popups when the user clicks on the panel, there are only a few that do this, this renders the user experience inconsistent, a solution should be found (I'd propose clicking the panel should close the popup) and applied to all plasmoids to regain consistency.

It should be possible to mark a bug valid for several products so developers are notified.
