*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 158452 *** I tried an old notebook hooked up to my T.V. with kfrb as a movie player / plasma information centre and set up krdc on a Netbook as a remote control of sorts. The problem I had was being able to close the netbook for sleep and open it again to control the T.V. at random times. The thing that annoyed was that KRDC isn't able to reconnect using Network Manager automatically when the connection came back up. An option for automatic reconnection once NM is reporting a connection, to the last open servers would be ideal. |
