krusader v. 2.2.0-beta1 *** Bug 242382 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Same for me. Debian Squeeze. Version 2.2.0-beta1 "DeKade" Using KDE Development Platform 4.4.4 (KDE 4.4.4) I hate this bug! After reboot KDE starts all pending Krusader processes from previously session. I saw this bug at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3015094&group_id=6488&atid=106488 Debian "Squeeze", Krusader 2.2.0-beta1 "DeKade", KDE 4.4.5 This should be properly fixed by this July 25 commit: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=revision&revision=1154581 I'll test this fix in the Fedora packages. *** Bug 246674 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I just tested the patch (manually) in Kubuntu Maverick (also Krusader 2.2.0-beta1, using KDE 4.5.1) and it works, Krusader closes and exits the process! I have the same problem. Kubuntu Maverick clean installation. Update (whenever updates available) from official repositories only. Krusader 2.2.0-beta1 "DeKade" Kernel Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-22-generic *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 252182 *** *** Bug 252182 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** ------- Comment #1 From Alexey Khuraskin 2010-10-14 23:45:21 (-) [reply] ------- Reproduced on krusader version 2.2.0-beta1 "DeKade" from distribution The problem disappeared after disabling splash-screen Workaround: Disable the splash screen (Setting => Startup => Show splashscreen), see bug 252182. It seems that the bug is fixed in 2.2.80. 2.3.0-beta1 has a different, "better" according to the developers, fix for this issue, so this is quite possible. See: http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=krusader.git&a=commit&h=888c8cce1439915c384d26670c4a8619fc5e7092 *** Bug 247003 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 244161 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Ok then, a beginner's question: how can I apply the patch? is it the .cpp file mentioned in Comment#5 ? Just update to 2.3.0-beta1, it already has that fix. *** Bug 269636 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 261269 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
