I have the same issue, plasma doesn't remember desktop settimgs.
no, it's just that it's re-creating a new activity each time you log in .. which has been fixed in svn. Latest svn 1133583 still doesn't work, i'm trying 1133680. I guess you need to remove all your added activities in order to make it work again. I always check new kde versions with a clean/new user so i have the default configuration. Now, with svn 1134004, first i select the activity and then change desktop wallpaper, add widgets and it seems to works. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=238699 seems related and is not fixed for me in svn 1133690 *** Bug 240788 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
