Description xbonio 2010-05-30 11:02:21 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

Everytime I log out and log in or restart the system, plasma starts with default background and without any widgets. It doesn't matter if I add widget or change background. After restart or log out or log in workspace always looks the same. It may be only problem with permissions but it didn't take a place before so I report a new bug. Greets

Reproducible: Always

no, it's just that it's re-creating a new activity each time you log in .. which has been fixed in svn.
Comment 3 jef_pera 2010-06-02 08:38:01 UTC
Latest svn 1133583 still doesn't work, i'm trying 1133680.
Comment 4 Anne-Marie Mahfouf 2010-06-03 15:38:07 UTC
I guess you need to remove all your added activities in order to make it work again.
Comment 5 jef_pera 2010-06-03 17:31:11 UTC
I always check new kde versions with a clean/new user so i have the default configuration.
Now, with svn 1134004, first i select the activity and then change desktop wallpaper, add widgets and it seems to works.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=238699 seems related and is not fixed for me in svn 1133690
