Every posting has a Followup-To line set even if the posting is posted to only one group. The line should not be added if it would be the same as the "Newsgroups" line.

KNode is from SC4.4.3, bugzilla did not offer that to select.

This issue was fixed for KDE SC 4.5.

This was reported under bug #178208, bug #68732 and some others.
