I confirmed this bug on my brothers system anybody else experiencing this? The actual problem is NOT the return address. I had the same problem right now on an openSUSE 11.3 with kmail version 1.13.6 (KDE 4.6.00). The problem seems to be, that after setting up kmail, the Identity has no email-address (Edit Identiy -> General -> Email Adress). The error message is about this empty field. You probably ignored it, went straight to (Edit Identiy -> Advanced) and got the error message after filling out the reply-to-address. But it's about the general mail-address of your identity, which is probably still an empty string. regards, Ingo this bug is a duplicate of 280151 btw... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 280151 *** |
