i can view the chat of others but they are not recieving the chat what i sent in kopete - yahoo, the problem only exists when connected to yahoo no problem with google talk.

I can confirm this. Using KDE 4.4.2 and Kopete 1.0.0 on Kubuntu 10.04 Beta 2.
