Description Maciej Pilichowski 2010-03-20 09:03:21 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

First of all, I like very much all the improvement in Ksnapshot. It is more useful and productive than before. Thank you.

About this issue -- currently with region snapshot something is off. You select a region with a mouse, but to actually take a snapshot you have to switch and use keyboard.

Please, make it "balanced" -- in process of making region snapshot:
* handle arrow keys as region placement (default 0,0)
* handle shift+arrow keys as region resizing
* near the size box (for big region it is placed in the center) add small "v OK" "x cancel" buttons (they should be little smaller than usual)

This way user can use solely keyboard or solely mouse. Thank you.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug. Spectacle is the replacement for ksnapshot now. Please test again and file a new bug for Spectacle if you still have issues. Thank you!
