Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. I don’t have any any accounts in Kopete anymore, but looking at the source code, it seems like this bug is still present. Note that the string needs to be translatable so that translators can use the ‘translation scripting’ feature. For example, for Norwegian Nynorsk, we use it to automatically change the status message to lowercase (e.g., ‘User1 (offline)’ instead of ‘User1 (Offline)’). Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained. Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat. |
