Description Stephan Kleine 2010-03-02 16:59:12 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

Since 4.4.0 the input / output graphs are black and grey instead of the red & green or what it was in 4.3.x.

This still happens with 4.4.1.

Also, when you fix it, could you please make those colors somehow configurable? Simply adding 2 color choosers or 2 input fields to enter the color codes to the options would be perfectly fine.

Yes.
I was about to post a new bug abut the missing advanced settings.
I hope this is an oversight / bug and that it will be corrected soon, as in most themes the graphs are unreadable.
My bug about the stacked traces was fixed quickly, however now the traces can't be seen!
It would be good to be able to adjust colour (as before) and line thickness.

This is really annoying - is there any progress?
Graphs drawn in pale grey on light grey may be very "arty" but thay are useless.

kde 4.5.1 on gentoo:
the lines changed to green and blue -- please add a configure dialog for the colors

I wish you luck - this has been ignored for over 12 months.

They are blue-green initially. They are supposed to inherit colors from the actual color scheme (system settings/desktop design/details/color scheme). If you change that, the lines will change color (all built-in schemes provide two shades of grey); however, when you log out and log in again, it reverts to blue-green.

Similar problem. I am using KDE 4.6.2. After I reload windows manager, the color changes from green-blue to shades of grey. After logging out and logging in, the color reverts blue-green. I hope the colors can be configurable.

Hello!

This feature request was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this feature request is already implemented in Plasma 5, or is no longer applicable.

Accordingly, we hope you understand why we must close this feature request. If the requested feature is still desired but not implemented in KDE Plasma 5.12 or later, please feel free to open a new ticket in the "plasmashell" product after reading https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting

If you would like to get involved in KDE's bug triaging effort so that future mass bug closes like this are less likely, please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved#Bug_Triaging

Thanks for your understanding!

Nate Graham
