Version:           1.70.0 (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    openSUSE RPMs

When I try to raize horizontal splitter to resize the panel of a project, it returns back to its original state as soon as I release mouse button.

It should stay where I placed it (splitter).

Bug in Qt. It will be fixed on Qt 4.6.3. For further details see bug 219741
