So what doesn't work? Dragging an image from a webpage (in konqueror-as-webbrowser) and holding CTRL, doesn't force a copy? Yes. I always get the little menu letting me chose to copy, move, link or cancel, whether I press CTRL or not. If I select copy, I get a copy of course, but I would like to avoid using the menu for each of these operations. Wow, fast response BTW! Looks like bug 178679. Created attachment 42206 [details]
Another amarok -d --nofork log
I just ran amarok -d --nofork again, now using Amarok 2.3.0. With similar result. This log was stripped down from 7M to 300K, the [...] parts stand for many many many lines of similar content.
BTW, Amarok really gets on my nerves, I experienced so many bugs and annoyances of all different kinds. And still, I like it best, and do not switch to another one. Amarok really is a great player, and once the bugs are gone it will be sooo cool.
Whooops. I'm very sorry, this was indended to go to bug #229239. My apologies for this. Indeed, it's bug #178679, which has been around for a while. Too bad, there does not seem to be an easy solution for this. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 178679 *** |
