Version:            (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    openSUSE RPMs

On every start of KDE the plasma analog watch shows the time 12:00 and the second indicator is turned of. If one go to the settings and enable the display of the seconds the time will be shown and the second indicator. If one add a new analog watch than, it doesn't show the time again. 
This behavior is independent from the skin.
