Product: [Applications] digikam Reporter: Kevin Brubeck Unhammer <unhammer+dill>
Component: Plugin-WebService-FlickrAssignee: Digikam Developers <digikam-bugs-null>
Status: RESOLVED WORKSFORME
Severity: wishlist CC: caulier.gilles, shouryasgupta
Priority: NOR
Version: 5.6.0
Target Milestone: ---
Platform: Arch Linux
OS: Linux
Latest Commit: Version Fixed In: 4.11.0

Description Kevin Brubeck Unhammer 2010-02-22 09:15:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Compiler: 64-bit
OS: Linux
Installed from: Archlinux Packages

The flickr export plugin currently only updates the uploading progressDlg on FlickrWindow::slotAddPhotoSucceeded.

For those of us on slow/quirky wifi connections who sometimes upload one or two huge photos, it would be great to have some feedback on how far each photo has come.

Kevin,

This file still valid using kipi-plugins 2.4 ?

This bug is not valid anymore. So for example : If I try to upload 4 photos, so upon uploading of each image the progress bar increases by 25%.

I was talking about progress for the individual images – for instance when uploading one image of 20mb, there was no indication of how far along it was. So if I take your word for it, this bug is actually not fixed.

However, I switched for frogr some time ago, so if everyone left using kipi is happy with no per-image progress it sounds like a WORKSFORME situation :)
