I have a dual monitor setup with both desktops set to the same wallpaper settings:

type: slideshow
position: scaled & cropped
change images every: 30 mins

The background on the primary screen initializes when first logging in, but the background on secondary screen does not. I then have to manually switch to next wallpaper via right click -> Next wallpaper Image, or confirm the wallpaper settings via right click -> Desktop Activity Settings -> Ok (Wallpaper tab).

Would seem this is a matter of not looping or whatnot when initializing, but I cannot say with any certainty.
