This has become very annoying. No url coming into kmail gets processed correctly when it has a * in the url. Is anyone else seeing this? do you have a real url with "*" ? in real life ? I need to test it I don't but to reproduce this you just send an email with the above http://*www.this.com link and if the bug is fixed the complete url will display instead of just 'http:'. I haven't tested this in a while since I moved away from kmail so I am not sure if it still exists or not. All I knew at the time is kde 4.4 introduced the issue. Thanks so an url with "*" doesn't exist => it's not valid => it's not a bug in kmail :) |
